Study on Strengthening the Influence of Informatization in Enterprise of Construction Industry

摘要：

Informatization is an effective method to improve enterprise competitiveness,but its insufficient influence in the process usually leads to fail or be reformed.In the paper,the theories and methods of strengthening the influence of informatization have been analyzed on three aspects: information organization,business flow and benefit equilibrium according to organization theory and game theory.In addition,some successful practices have been introduced in informatization of Beijing No.5 Construction Co.Ltd.
