Study on Logistics Suppliers Selection Method Based on the Extension and Cluster Analysis

摘要：

How to choose right logistics suppliers has always been a problem that key to logistics outsourcing for the manufacturing enterprises.This paper,based on the actual need of manufactures,uses extension set theory,matter-element model and cluster analysis,from both qualitative and quantitative,providing a combining model to choose the right logistics providers scientifically.
