Study on the Distribution Modes Selection of the Regional Food Cold Chain

摘要：

This paper analyses the distribution modes selection of the regional food cold chain with the method of fuzzy evaluation,and uses AHP to ensure the weight of the index.At first,the paper analyses the mode of food cold chain and influence factors.Then it illustrates the problem of mode selection of the regional food cold chain,states the principle of index system of evaluation and steps to use and establish the index system of evaluation.In the end,this paper sets an example.
