Work in progress visualization & scheduling within an ERP driven manufacturing environment

The paper discusses issues around effective production scheduling and visualization of work-in-progress data within an ERP driven production environment.Best practice is demonstrated via an example software add-on tool that was developed in cooperation with a large manufacturer in the aerospace industry.
