The existence and the interacting methods of knowledge capacity in organization has its obvious attribute— field-state.The knowledge capacity field is composed of employees,organization,business,enterprise resources,performance,knowledge capacity and their interaction.The business mode embodies the knowledge capacity field concretely,which has the configuration and the characteristics of field.
