Systems Methodology and Models for The TPL Organization in Extend Beijing Region

摘要：

Application of Intelligent transportation system in information management has got much progress,it makes people much rely on traffic,logistic information service.In this paper we introduces a design of function of third part logistics virtual enterprise information management (TPL-VEIM) in urban clusters,and take the third part logistics enterprise organization of Beijing-tianjin and some cities in hebei province ,called Extend-Beijing Region (BTHR) for example.After the discussion on recently study trend in systems science,the systems methodology for knowledge and logistics organization management of TPL-VEIM is proposed in order to form TPL in urban clusters.Finally,we sum up the organization negotiation and human knowledge management model in the BTRH.
