Research on evaluating index system of enterprise knowledge integration ability
In a dynamic competition and uncertainty aggravated situation,the source of competitive advantage gradually shifted from the external environment to internal resources capacity,and thus to enterprise knowledge integration capabilities.This paper focuses on the influence factors of the enterprise knowledge integration capabilities in the basis of existing theories.Five factors which are relationship capital,absorptive capacity,learning ability,incentive mechanisms and integration platform were selected to construct index system in the basis of analyzing the meaning and features of knowledge integration ability.With 253 valid samples,the study mainly sets to analyze the data by using SPSS13.0.The results show that the index system has good reliability.And the weights of factors were calculated by Delphi method with amendment of means and variances.This study provides some guidelines for Chinese enterprise to evaluate knowledge integration ability oneself.
