Genetic Algorithm for Fuzzy Logistics Distribution Vehicle Routing Problem

The traditional deterministic vehicle routing problem (VRP) is expanded to the situation that the VRP has fuzzy travel time features. After a simple description of the VRP with fuzzy traveling time,a mathematical model for the problem is built. Then,we put forward the concept of level effect function L(λ),established a very practical and workable measurement method IL-which can quantify the location of fuzzy number intensively and globally, and set up the uncertain degree of measurement IL-under the level effect function L(λ).Thus,we can improve this problem. And based on this we use the genetic algorithm to solve this problem. Finally,an example is presented.
