Development Of A Highly Efficient Wind Turbine Farm With Wind-Lens Technology For An Irrigation System In A Desert Area In China
To stop desertification in northwest China with increase of green land, vast wind currents can provide an important power source for irrigation and greenery projects. A small wind turbine, which can be moved and installed easily, is the best means of power generation in this area without power grid infrastructure. The improved, remodeled and enlarged through technological development highly efficient wind turbine with wind-lens developed by the proponent group offers very high performance. A number of small wind turbines with wind-lens are introduced to build a wind farm for irrigation, and their effectiveness for the greenery project is examined.
