With the worlds energy shortage has become increasingly serious， it has become an inevitable trend to empolder and use reproducible energy. Building digital and intelligent wind power plants is the stress item in 11th Five-Year Plan for exploiture and use of reproducible energy projects. As the transmission of power and information is the important component in wind powered system, it requires a much higher quality for the transmission of electric power and information with the construction and development of wind power plant.
