SAW-based FSK transmitters－the ideal solution for TPMS wheel modules

TPMS systems were introduced following the TREAD Act in the US, which was passed after a series of accidents in the late 1990s, and are now well established in the US motor industry. Other regions are following this trend. China has acquired an important share of the world’s TPMS development and manufacturing activities, both for the OEM and after-sales markets. Besides safety, the convenience of reading the pressure on the dashboard, fuel saving and a longer tire life are the factors driving the success of the TPMS market.
