Researches on Choice of Knowledge Transfer Models in Strategic Alliance-in a Theoretical view

摘要：

Through summing up the outcome of research on knowledge transfer in strategic alliances,the paper presents four kinds of knowledge transfer model in strategic alliances,then discusses the issue on choosing these knowledge transfer models.Finally,5 corresponding propositions about the issue is given.
