Research on How to Measure the Enterprise Strategic Capability
How to compete with the foreign companies is a big problem for Chinese enterprises after China s joining in WTO.And strategic capability is a main index to measure an enterprise s development in the long run.Now our enterprises are confronted with fierce competition,so it is important to pay great attention on this topic.Based on measurement theory,this article sets up a model of the measurement of enterprise strategic capability,and uses this model to study enterprise strategic capability quantitatively.It is a great innovation to develop this measurement model for Chinese enterprises to understand themselves in the market.
