Gender,Work-Family Coping Strategies,and Entrepreneurial Performance of Small Business Owners in China

摘要：

This study investigated work-family coping strategies and entrepreneurial performance among women and men small business owners.The strategies included support-seeking,cognition-restructuring,tension-reducing,and role-managing.Data were obtained through a question-naire survey to 262 small business owners in china.The results revealed the general effectiveness of coping strategies.Implications of the finding of gender differences are also discussed in this paper.
