ADAPTIVE CONTROL FOR A CLASS OF NONLINEAR FUZZY CONTROL SYSTEMS
This paper studies the adaptive control for a class of nonlinear fuzzy systems. The method of Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy systems represent global fuzzy nonlinear systems by connecting local systems. Each local system is presented for a class of strict-feedback nonlinear system. The feasibility of neural network approximation of unknown system functions is guaranteed over practical compact sets. By using adaptive control, the output of global systems is proven to converge to a small neighborhood of the origin.
