RESEARCH ON MACHINE LEARNING MODEL AND ALGORITHM BASED ON HUMAN COGNITION

摘要：

A booming trend of machine learning research is that the scientists from psychology and computer science, namely machine learning, work together and extract the computational models of human cognition, and these computational models can be used as promising heuristics to developing new machine learning approaches. In this paper, we focus on the collaborative learning model and participatory learning model of human cognition, and present a new machine learning paradigm and algorithms based on the graceful integration of these two computational models. Experimental results prove that new machine learning approaches have better accuracy, adaptability, and robustness on semi-supervised learning problem.
