Fuzzy Reliability-based Optimal Design for the Primary Cylinder of GiantHydraulic Forging Press
300MN forging hydraulic press is the essential equipment in our country national defenseand the infrastructure,and the primary work cylinder is one important part of the hydraulic press.Inview of the judgment on the Working States of the primary work cylinder whether safe existencefuzziness,which has carried on the fuzzy reliability analysis and computation to the primary workcylinder probability law design result and the method of safety coefficient design result,the computedresult indicated that,the design result with traditional safety coefficient is conservative,but based onprobability design result is not safe enough.At the same time,under the condition that dont reducethe fuzzy reliability,which has carried on the optimal design based on the finite element software tothe thickness of the primary work cylinder.
