Rapid Prototyping of Constraint-based Production Flows in Outsourcing

摘要：

In this publication a problem of production order planning is considered.The concept of acritical resource and a critical process,a constraint-based approach has been proposed.The questionconsidered regards of an admissible production flow organization-guaranteeing completion of theproduction order under assumed limits,while taking into account the logistics constraints imposed.Inthat context the approach proposed can be seen as one following the Goldratts Theory of Constraints(TOC).
