Modulus Prediction for 2D PWF Composites
This paper seeks to develop the analytical method for predicting the compression modulusof 2D plain weave fabric (PWF) composites based on a micro-mechanical curved beam modeldepicted with sinusoidal shape functions.The modulus calculations are obtained and compared withthe experiments,demonstrating that predictions correlate well with the experimental results.
