A new maintenance and management methodology of smart infrastructures due to performance-based design
In Japan,a lot of social infrastructure facilities were constructed from the revival after World War II to the high economic growth period.In the future,it becomes a big problem by how to maintain these stocks effectively.Then,it is eagerly reviewed for the research of life cycle cost management(LCCM)and the asset management to solve this problem.However,these are the management to have aimed at the longterm service and dont become the management to have supported the sudden event of the earthquake and so on.Therefore,in the this research,it proposes live management as the new management technique to have made the maintenance of always and the event occurrence time fuse and it reviews about the concept and the management method.
