Core Competencies in E-commerce:Based on Consumer Perceptions Perspective

This study aims to identify the core competencies of the e-commerce industry.By interviewing consumers we filter some key capabilities of the company.This study therefore adopts the resource-based view of the firm to examine internal dimensions such as resources,capabilities,and core competences through consumers perspective in e-commerce industry.The results of this study will be useful for conducting future strategic planning of e-commerce.
