Moisture sensing in porous media

摘要：

Optical fiber sensors were fabricated for in-situ measurement of moisture in porous construction materials.The near-infrared absorption spectra of water were measured in the optical fiber sensor and two different Polymers were used as the sensing layer.The article outlines the sensitivity and response time of the sensors for both sensor types.
