Recent Progress of Bridge Structural Health Monitoring Research in Chongqing University
In this paper,a brief review of recent progress in the field of bridge structural health monitoring of the Opto-electronic Technology Lab of Chongqing University(OTLCU)was presented.The accuracy of the Extrinsic Fiber Febry-Perot(EFPI)sensor was studied,and its installation & protecting technique in civil engineering were introduced.Opto-electric deflection & displacement monitoring techniques,such as twodimension laser deflectometer,connected pipe opto-electric deflectometer and so on,were developed.As two implementation examples,a single-bridge health monitoring system and a three-bridge group health monitoring system were discussed,and some representative monitoring results were given.
