Study on Elasticity of Bi-component Filament Fabric
Elasticity fabrics provide a wide range of stretches for comfort and were appreciated in the market.Elasticity woven fabric made by bi-component filaments is a new product without spandex.In this paper,a gray woven fabric of bi-component filaments was treated respectively by dry heat of DGG-9240B-electric blast oven and moist heat by ECO Infrared dyeing machine.The relationship between the ability of stretching and heat treatment type,the key technological parameter of temperature and time were explored.The results show that fabrics treated by moist heat have a strong ability of stretching.And the fabrics treated by moist heat at temperature of 115~120℃ have a large and stable stretching rate.
