Research on the Anion Function of Bamboo Charcoal Fiber

摘要：

Bamboo charcoal fiber is the environment-friendly fiber,which is made from the modified polyester mixed with the nano-bamboo charcoal.The bamboo charcoal must be treated by burn at 3500 ℃ with pure oxygen.The particle size achieved to inferior nanometer scale by the physical and chemical processing.A simulation chamber of 500×500×1000(mm),which can be controlled with temperature in range of 0~50℃ and relative humidity of 30~95％,is introduced in this paper.The anion effects of bamboo charcoal fiber are tested by ITC-201A-type air anion concentration instrument in the simulation chamber.The research results show that ambient temperature and relative humidity have significant impact to the concentration of anions and the more is bamboo charcoal fiber,the more is concentration of anions while the effect of bamboo charcoal fiber increasing concentration of anions is weakened when bamboo charcoal fiber is dyed.
