Application of H2O2/TAED Activating System in Cold Pad-batch Bleaching of Cotton Fabrics
The application of H2O2/TAED activating system in cold pad-batch bleaching of cotton fabrics was studied.The factors affecting the bleaching efficiency were investigated by single factor analysis and orthogonal experimental analysis,and the activating bleaching mechanism was discussed.As a result,the application technology of H2O2/TAED activating bleaching was developed,with the optimized processing conditions as follows: 30%H2O2,30g.L-1;TAED: H2O2 /(mol:mol),1/2:1;NaOH,3g.L-1;batch time,4h.The resultant data also showed that,the H2O2/TAED activating bleaching system could achieve high quality cotton bleaching with reduced fabric strength loss,decreased alkali consumption and shortened batch time,suggesting the ecological advantages of energy-saving,consumption-decrease,and high-efficiency.
