Fuzzy control is an important solution to the control problem of the complex non-linear system.But how to obtain the fuzzy rules has been a bottleneck problem of the system.Tllis paper presents a new algorithm that based on hierarchical evolutionary programming and generalized fuzzy RBF neural network We can utilize this algorithm to optimize the topology and weights of the RBF neural network so as to obtain.
