MATLAB Simulation of Zhang Neural Networks for Time-Varying Sylvester Equation Solving

In recent years.many studies have been reported on real-time solutions of algebraic problems including matrix inversion and linear equations solving.Recently.a speciaI kind of recurrent neural networks has been proposed by Zhang et al for online solving Sylvester equation with time-varying coemcients.Such neural networks perform much better on solving time.varying problems in comparison with gradient-based neural networks.This paper investigates MATLAB simulation of Zhang neuraI networks(ZNN)for the real-time solution of time-varying Sylvester equation.Simulation results substantiate the theoretical analysis and demonstrate the efncacy of such neuraI networks on time-varying Sylvester equation solving,especially when using the power-sigmoid activation function.
