Risk Management in High-Tech Project

摘要：

Based on the features of high-tech projects, we analyze the high-tech project risk characteristics and classification; present the risk assessment model and indicator system, and combine the methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, including the analytic hierarchy process,linear weighted method, fuzzy comprehensive analysis and other evaluation methods. At last, a high-tech project risk evaluation system is designed and developed to meet the high-tech project management needs.
