Implementation of land Consolidation and Rehabilitation Planning Management Information System at County Level based on GIS

摘要：

Land consolidation and rehabilitation management and planning is the dependence and guarantee of land consolidation and rehabilitation project.It comes down to deal with a great deal of geographic data. Implementation of land consolidation and rehabilitation planning management information system has significance to improve the quality and efficency of land consolidation and rehabilitation planning.And it is helpful to the daily grind.This thesis discussed the technique and experience of established management information system of land consolidation and rehabilitation planning based on the ArcView8.3 of ESRI.The operation flow, general structure,functional design and network distributed of the system were analysed.And the management information system development practice of land consolidation and rehabilitation planning was illustrated by a case of Longkou County in Shandong Province.
