The Application Research of Risk Factor on Enterprise Merger Performance Evaluation

摘要：

This paper introduces risk factor which is widely used by people in the financial industry to the performance evaluation to enterprise merger in the foundation of analyzing the deficiency of the existing performance evaluation methods for enterprise merger. Then it makes concrete study of VaR applying on performance evaluation to enterprise merger on several aspects,and analyzes the deficiency of the application on performance evaluation to enterprise merger of VaR, also carries out thinking and research outlook.
