Merger and Acquisition from Foreign Capitals Targeting China Enterprises-Study on its Path and Trend

摘要：

The foreign capitals M&A(abbreviate to merging and acquiring) could be divided into three phases, that is the embryonic phase of foreign capitals M&A which focused on merging and acquiring the property right of Chinese SOEs, the circuitous M&A phase of entering into partnership before increasing the shares and the accelerated phase focused on industry M&A. There have five trends of foreign capitals M&A over Chinese enterprises as following: the increasing proportion of foreign capital in new foreign investment and Wholly Foreign-Owned Enterprise, The increasingly clear trend of industry M&A, the emerging agent M&A, SOEs M&A will be the future focus of foreign capitals M&A, and M&A over listed companies will be the focus of foreign capitals M&A
