Research on the Cultural Integration Pattern in Corporate Mergers and Acquisition
Since from the fifth tide of the corporate Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) in the 1990s, in the global scope, the M&A has become the important method of expanding the enterprises scales and enhancing the strengths as well as the efficiencies. This paper introduced the origin of cultural risk and its performance. Moreover, based on the stage of cultural conflict this article analyzed the cultural integration pattern through the analysis of the distinctive characters of enterprise culture. In the end the concept and executive ofreengineering the cultural integration pattern has been put forward to enhance the efficiency of the mergers and acquisitions.
