Strain on the Normal Human Pulmonary Artery Endothelial Cells Stretched Mechanically

Stretch was given to the HPAEC by an FX-4000TTM Flexercell(R) Tension PlusTM System.Cells were cultured on a flexible,silicoelastic membrane.We measured the cell stretch rate and then compared it with the membranes stretch rate.
