Research On A New Parameter Learning Algorithm

摘要：

This paper mainly aims at the noise jamming of the DFMLS sample data contains possibly, introduces the optimized method by changed length of step training and considered the noise variance erroneous cost function, gives a new parameter learning algorithm,And confirms its validity.
