Complexity and behavior choice of enterprise strategic management
Regarding to the complexity of the exterior strategic environments which includes the industry evolution, the technique development and the competitors scope etc., and the indeterminations of the factors which the inner enterprises affect the strategic decision, they all decide the strategic management of enterprise is a very complicated system, it is placed in chaos state all along. Therefore, no matter theory or practice, all enterprise strategies need the new assumption and premises The complexity science provided a bran-new thinking mode and framework to analyze and resolve the complicated problem of enterprises strategy. The paper analyzes deeply complexity of enterprise strategic management, concludes subjective complexities, objective complexities and environment complexity according to the basic principles of the complexity science. Finally, it puts forward complexity science-based strategic management behaviours and choices, concludes surmount the traditional industry boundary, surmounts the traditional market boundary, surmounts the traditional technique boundary, assumption what surmount the customer guide, surmounts the dispute between terminal product and market status and surmount the traditional idea of competition and cooperation, sets up the strategic ecologic symbiosis system.
