New challenge,new enterprise and new management for the 21st century

摘要：

Traditional enterprise and its management theories, because of huge changes and pressures of environment, is just challenged rigorously, it calls the naissance of the new enterprise and new management. Traditional suppositions of enterprise management have become the barrier of its theory development and practice because of giant change of new reality environment Ecologic traits and society responsibilities of enterprise management science were analyzed Hence the ecological trends and theory suppositions to adapt new environment about enterprise management development were raised. Finally, trends, thinking traits and research current situation of ecological research of enterprise management science were expounded.
