Innovation Management on the Human Resource in Restaurant

Human resource is very important to the restaurant, which can give the restaurant a great deal of competitive power. Therefore, the innovation management of the human resource is the foundation for the restaurant to obtain the competitive advantage, and it is also the important guarantee of realizing the sustainable development. Only the restaurant realized the importance of the innovative management, can they developed effectively and efficiently. Neglecting the innovative management research of the human resource will cause the economic efficiency of the restaurant being low and the sustainable development of the restaurant being immersed in trouble. Through introducing the development, the problem and the content of the human resource management in China restaurant, this article not only gave us a great many countermeasures to promote the human resource managements innovation, but also gave the restaurant an inspection system of developing the human resource management to the restaurant, which is useful and effective to the development of the restaurant. Lastly but not the least, the conclusion gave us the main content to develop the innovative management.
