Growth Option Evaluation for Transportation BOT Project

摘要：

This paper attempts to apply the principles of real options to transportation BOT projects evaluation. In reality, growth option takes a considerable proportional part of projects value, especially for infrastructures. However, there are few mature ways of evaluating public infrastructures growth option. This paper explores to build strategy analysis framework and growth option pricing models for transportation BOT projects.
