Decision of Outsourcing Information Systems Based on PROMETHEE and IFGP

The selection of outsourcers and projects for information systems is very important in outsourcing activities Having analyzed the existing selection approaches of outsourcing projects, a decision method mixed with both PROMETHEE and interactive fuzzy goal programming (IFGP) was proposed By taking six factors as evaluation criteria, PROMETHEE II was used to determine the weights for evaluation criteria of alternatives The overall scores are set as the weights of outsourcers in an objective function of the IFGP model. A numerical example was given to describe the validity of proposed method.
