The regional innovation system and strategic studies---A Case Study of Xuzhou City
The regional innovation system is a system based on a certain geographical space. It considers promotion of regional innovation actived as the aim in order to maintain the operation of innovation and to achieve the sustainable development of innovation The thesis discusses the establishment of regional innovation strategic objectives, way to implement the strategy, strategic conditions, and the implementation mechanism of regional innovation strategies. It also puts forward how to nurture and develop the regional innovation strategies of Xuzhou: to make special plans of regional innovation strategies, to foster industrial clusters with innovative characteristics, to stress the principal position of enterprise technology innovation, to strengthen the infrastructure construction of technology, to improve the service system of regional support, to innovate regional investing and financing system, to construct regional innovative cooperation mechanism and to innovate the construction of university science parks Finally, the thesis gives suggestions of regional innovation policies of Xuzhou: technological innovation is the foundation level, elements innovation is the main level, and industry innovation is the highest level.
