Analyses of the Relationships between Government Supervision Department and Food Enterprise Based on Game Theory

There is information asymmetry in Food Safety Supply in Chain, and there exists a game theory relationship between the government supervision department and food enterprise in the face of protection and surveillance on food safety. The formation of the market balance is decided by the strategy of the government and food enterprise The results of the game theory analysis showed that the government, its supervision departments, food enterprise and etc. must work together to build food safety and they must fulfill their own corresponding responsibility, coordinate various social resources and comprehensively solve the food safety problem.
