The conditionality factors of development of enterprises arent funds, but lack of the good items, and lack of the core competencies Along with the mutually dependence and advance, it is more and more high about science, technique, produce, research, the R&D cooperation between enterprises and universities (research institutions) is more and more close. Due to the life cycle of R&D cooperation, whole cooperation process is the dynamic mechanism and the funds guarantee mechanism, but each stage of cooperation demands establish the corresponding mechanism, it includes cooperation choice mechanism, benefits distribution mechanism, management harmony mechanism, results evaluation and conversion mechanism etc..
