Technology innovation is not only the main headspring of the modern economic growth, but also important path that enterprise obtains competitiveness and sustainable development. The core content of optimization on technology innovation projects portfolio is the choice of projects portfolio, namely it get across evaluation index system of the profitable factors and the risky factors, make sure the metewand, ulteriorly compute the comprehensive score and risk coefficient through using AHP, sequentially set up 0-1 integrals programming model that the target function is projects portfolio income maximum, the limit condition is the risk coefficient controls under the certain risk level and conditional investments.
