Study on recognition and correlation for reason union of human error in ship maneuvering

摘要：

According to comprehensive analysis of the reason for ship accidents under many kinds of situations and the conditions during 1993-2005 in the zhongji group, the basic rule and each kind of the reason are discovered in this paper, and recognition and correlation on reason union of human failure in ship maneuvering also studied on the based of closed loop human-machine control system. What we do can help company doing a further investigation for accidents and do a system analysis on the accident chain and what cause the accident to strengthen crews management and enhance the ships navigation security.
