Process Analysis of Ship Maneuvering Failure Behavior on the Base of Neuron Theory

摘要：

Model for process of ship maneuvering is constructed on the base the neural network theory in this paper ,which introduces the principle and the method of model and carries on the simulation by the computer, The results showed that the construction on the base of neural network is feasible ,which can enhance crews behavior reliability to ensure safety of navigation of vessels.
