The maintenance management optimization of equipment in thermal power plant

摘要：

The state maintenance has been widely extended in electric industry with the improving of management level and developing of fault diagnosis technology. The state maintenance of generating equipment has great economic efficiency, and the scientific management of basic equipment is the base of developing state maintenance. Based on the knowing of generating equipment maintenance items and technological process in thermal power plant, a maintenance management frame regulated automatically according to the change of factual engineering schedule was put forward in order to achieve maintenance programming. On this condition, designed and developed the computerized maintenance management system of generating equipment in thermal power plant by utilizing the database and the system basic kind of storehouse and so on. The system realized the maintenance schedule controlling and management optimizing of generating equipment in thermal power plant because it combined the maintenance time control and the process control.
