The Maintenance performance matrix and the benchmarking

The development of the decision heuristics for integration of maintenance effectiveness matrix, maintenance cost efficiency and ownership cost of unreliable production system over the time-dependent failure and equipment reliability characteristics are to be the objective which is broadly concerned with the development of improved tools and techniques that to be established the maintenance performance measurement and it benchmarking for enabling to an effective analysis of the basis costs efficiency. The goal of system modeling is to provide quantitative indices and measurement index of various system performance indices such as reliability, availability, maintainability, velocity and durability to be compared against the maintenance cost. Evaluation of these measures are very important for making optimal decisions when designing a system to either minimize overall cost or maximize system performance index within the allowable budget and other performance-based constraints. Two important factors taken into account in the analysis of a system are the maintenance effectiveness matrix and maintenance cost efficiency behaviours of the machine components.
