A framework for CSR risk management from a company perspective

摘要：

Based on the review of current research, a three-dimensional analytical framework for CSR risk management from a company is proposed, which exhibits the main aspects of risk types, implementing course and support elements. Following it, risk factor system analysis is done to different dimensions, which makes it clear about the possible taches or factors in CSR risk management.
