Research on the emergency logistics distribution system of burst natural disasters in China

摘要：

For the problems of burst natural disaster rescue that still exist in China, especially the problem of the low level and inefficient rescue emergency logistics distribution system, firstly this paper analysis the Characteristics of the Emergency Logistics Distribution of Burst Natural Disasters rescue, secondly it discusses about disaster rescue Emergency Logistics Distribution in China today, then sets up a series of scientific mechanisms which consist of three parts as: communication mechanism of the relief departments, supply-demand balancing mechanism of relief supplies and distribution mechanism of relief supplies. This paper researches the three mechanisms separately in detail. The results of the paper can help the government to make a relieving plan timely and distribute the resources scientifically and economically once the natural disasters burst.
